You will find our state of the art fitness center

You will find our state of the art fitness center, encompassing approximately 100 square meters, located inside the Aqua Verde Spa and Wellness Center. Our fitness center is divided into three distinct areas. The first area is the GYM itself; here you will find the latest Precor equipment manufactured in the USA. The equipment consists of cardio vascular, free weights and core trainers. The second area is our SPINNING ROOM; here you will find the latest models of spinning bicycles by Dunlop. You may go spinning alone or join one of our classes offered. The third area is our YOGA – EXERCISE ROOM; in this area we offer various classes consisting of Pilates, Aerobics, and Tae Bo to name a few.

Being a Spa and Wellness Center we try to encourage our guests to adopt a fit and healthy lifestyle. One may check with the spa receptionist for class schedules.
